Elenco XP-720 is a economical fully regulated variable DC power supply perfect for powering home made circuits and project building.
It has three fully regulated outputs. Two of the three are adjustable. One is variable between +1.25 to +15 volts at an amp. The other is variable between -1.25 to -15 volts output up to an amp. The third output is fixed at 5 volts up to 3 amps. There's even a 12.6 volt AC output with a center tap so you can also have 6.3 volts AC as well at 1 amp. This is very important... It features short circuit protection on all outputs!

This circuit building breadboard might look confusing at first but you'll see exactly
how easy it is to use the first time you use it. Just plug in IC's and other components into the holes, use jumper wires to interconect
them and presto you have a operating circuit that you can experiment with by just pluging in different parts. Once you have it working the way you want, then you can solder together a permanent circuit.

I took mine out of the box and put them into one of those small plastic cabinets with all the drawers like the type you keep fishing tackle in with different values in different drawers. This lets me find any value I need quickly. This resistor kit contains 5 each of 73 standard values from 1 ohm to 1 Megohm. All are 1/2 watt.

Resistor And Capacitor Sub Boxes
When you're trying to make modifications to you circuit design a resistor and capacitor substitution box will make the job
so much easier for you. Just connect the leads to the circuit and dial in a new value of resistance or capacitance. It can't be easier than that!
Once you find the correct value, you can place the correct resistor or capacitor in the circuit. All the resistors in this sub box are 1% tolerance and 1 watt.
